At The Emblem Hotel, we strive to be very personalised with our approach to hotel guests' needs, wishes and expectations for what to do in Prague.
We started by doing personalised itineraries manually for all, but for me it was missing what I wanted to achieve by miles as quite honestly it required someone to go through all events and all restaurants and offer something unique - which ended up offering the same for all - so the opposite to being personal.
When I was introduced to Obvlo I knew instantly that this was something that I was missing. Something that finally will enable my staff to have something in their hands to aid them with this personalisation that I so much seek and want to have.
Aside from this being an extended helping hand for my staff, we also have it embedded in our Events page, we send it to guests at the time of reservation and prior to arrival making it easier also for guests to start planning what they will do in Prague.
As it is online, the recommendations are instant which also helps. I think all and all this creates the feeling of being well looked after, a feeling that your wishes and requirements are heard and acted upon, a feeling of "Feel at Home" which we try to create and act upon.
